There are five holes: FI- from master cylinder front inlet; RI- from master cylinder rear inlet; FO- front outlet optional; FO- front outlet; RO- rear outlet. It is packed with five fitting which thread size is 3/8-24″. The reference number is wilwood# 260-11179
